ARCHITECT

Job Description

Work closely with clients, Contractors, and other professionals throughout the design and construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements.
• Develop architectural AND workspace / office designs, drawings, and plans.
• Prepare 2D and 3D models using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp, inscape.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams.
• Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure work follows design plans.
• Resolve design or construction issues that arise during the project.
• Incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles where appropriate.
